Terms of Service

Crackfy ("Crackfy", "we", "us") is a software product operated by Abhishek Malviya, sole proprietor, with registered business address at A/E 496, M.P. Housing Board Colony, Pithampur S.O., Dhar District, Madhya Pradesh, India — 454775. You can reach us at hi@crackfy.com.

Crackfy is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that provides live speech-to-text transcription of audio playing through the user's device and an AI assistant side-panel. Use of these features consumes prepaid credits purchased via the website.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

• Credits are sold in prepaid packs (Starter, Pro, Power). Tier pricing is shown on the homepage.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The displayed price is the total payable amount.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not separately charged at this time. Once we obtain GST registration, applicable GST will be added to the displayed price and shown clearly at checkout, and existing customers will be notified before any change to billed amounts.
• Credits expire 30 days after purchase (or the validity period stated on the pack at the time of purchase).
• Credits are deducted per use: 1 credit per minute of transcription, 1 credit per text query to the AI assistant, 2 credits per image-attached query.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.

You agree not to:

• Use Crackfy to record or transcribe audio you do not have the legal right to record in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application beyond what local law permits.
• Resell access to your account or share credentials with parties not employed by you.
• Use the AI assistant to generate content that violates Indian law, infringes third-party intellectual property, or generates illegal material.

You are solely responsible for complying with consent and recording laws in your jurisdiction when using transcription features in meetings or calls.

Crackfy is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Bug fixes and security patches are delivered through application updates.

Audio captured by the app is streamed to our backend and forwarded to our transcription provider in real time; we do not persist raw audio. Transcripts and AI conversations are stored locally on your device by default. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may stop using and uninstall Crackfy at any time. Unused credits beyond the published refund window are not refundable.

The Crackfy application, brand, website, and source code are owned by the proprietor. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal or internal business use while your account is in good standing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity. On termination, your remaining credits are forfeited unless our refund policy provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
